☆Pyxsys Commissions☆
This carrd contains the following info:>General notes regarding commissions (below)
>Pricing and examples
>Can do's and can't do's, blacklisted things, etc.
>Socials/contact
General notes:>Keep in mind I'm a year 11 in highschool (junior) so I might not get things done immediately, I also might not always be able to produce the most high quality work
>I won't argue about prices whether it's too high or too low, if you think I priced something too low you can just tip me when you pay and I won't argue about it
>If you're someone I know, be it a mutual/friend/streamer I watch, you will have exceptions to essentially everything when it comes to my guidelines listed later. You're basically free to commission me anything, of course still respecting the aspects that I can't draw either due to skill or due to comfort. (Examples of things like this would be you can commission me one piece with multiple characters in it)
>Don't worry about being formal or professional when you commission me, I'm very chill and NOT professional so literally don't worry. Also don't worry about asking me to tweak things or make adjustments when I'm showing you progress shots, if you have any input at all PLEASE give it to me :) Don't be afraid to tell me if you don't like how something looks, you're paying for it so you have every right to request adjustments.Important notes:
>PLEASE be responsive. I will likely dm you WIPs as I'm doing your commission, mainly if you're commissioning multiple pieces or fully colored pieces, but even just for one WIP shot, please respond to me with feedback. If you have none, just tell me it looks good so far. If you're going to commission me, I ask that you're responsive in the process and get back to me relatively quickly, ESPECIALLY when it comes to talking about payment. I understand some people are busy, but nonetheless I ask that you get back to me ASAP at the very least.>When it comes to payment, you do not have to be able to pay immediately. As long as you can let me know when approximately you'll be able to pay, and if you give me an estimate I will check back with you when that time comes. I trust people I know to pay me, so if I DON'T know you and it's been like a week and I haven't been paid or given an estimated time for payment, I will check in with you.>For commissioning things like references, emotes, art for alerts, etc., please be ready with your references and what you want. This makes it a lot less painful and tedious to get your commission done. I have no problem doing multiple pieces if you can pay for it and are prepared with what I need.>You're free to use commissioned art as profile pictures or banners or vice versa, however, provide credit to me.
Prices
(All prices are in USD!)Pre-notes:
>For full-body, it's best if you can provide a reference image, otherwise I'll either pick the pose or try my best to go off a description. You can also use a poser app to create a pose you want and I'll gladly use that as a reference.
>You can choose background colors if you'd like, but I default to whatever seems to fit
>You can also give me a color palette to use if you want, but I may tweak it a bit
>The cutoff for "shoulders"/"waist"/"knees" is not super consistent or strict, I might go slightly above or belowSketches:
Shoulders-up/bust: 5.00$
Waist/knees-up: 6.00$
Full-body: 8.00$
Additional style: Messy bust sketch: 5.50$ (regular style is a bit less messy + this is only available for a bust sketch, may be more detailed in a way)Colored sketches:
Shoulders-up/bust: 6.00$
Waist/knees-up: 8.00$
Full-body: 10.00$Note: This has 2 options! Both are the same prices:
Option 1: A flat color to make the drawing, the background being some sort of lighter or darker shade
Option 2: Light flat coloring for the sketch, being at a lower opacity and having little to no background colorFlat-shaded drawings:
Shoulders-up/bust: 12.00$
Waist/knees-up: 15.00$
Full-body chibi: 17.00$
Full-body: 20.00$Rendered drawings Option 1:
Option 1 is similar to flat shaded drawings, using multiply shading, but rather than being flat hard edges the shading will be softened (at least slightly with blurring if not fully) and there will be lighting effects (to some degree depending on the drawing).
Shoulders-up/bust: 15.00$
Waist/knees-up: 20.00$
Full-body: 25.00$Rendered drawings Option 2:
Option 2 is an airbrush shaded drawing, this is a bit more detailed and uses the drawing's color palette rather than a picked color for multiply shading.
Shoulders-up/bust: 25.00$
Waist/knees-up: 30.00$
Full-body: 40.00$Rendered drawings Option 3:
Option 3 is similar to Option 2, however, this is in a less soft style with partial lines in some areas for more definition and has flatter highlights/lighting, along with just a simple color background of some sort.
Shoulders-up/bust: 35.00$
Waist/knees-up: 45.00$
Full-body: 55.00$For examples of the 3 rendered options, check the examples carrd, they will be labeledOptions available ONLY to ccs/streamers:Emotes>I cannot do animated emotes! I can at most make you something that someone with the right talent could find a way to animate.
>I can resize things for you if you need me to, just let me know after I send you the finished product!Pricing:
For emotes that are just a face/head (maybe with hands for small gestures): 5$ per emote
For emotes that are half-body or full-body chibis of some sort: 10$ per emote
(Note: If your commission includes pride emotes, the amount of flag variations won't matter for price and it will just be the cost of one emote.)Alert Art>Similar to emotes, I cannot make animated alerts, only art that could possibly be animated by someone else
>Alerts will be in a similar chibi style to emotesPricing:For alerts that are in the emote style of just being a head (again, maybe with hands for a small gesture): 8$ per alert
For half-body or full-body alerts: 12$ per alertTwitch Panels
Aka the little banners/boxes you slap in your about page.
>These are VERY simple for me to make! So the price is very low :)
>If you need me to draw a little chibi of some sort to add onto the panels, it may cost a bit more
>You will need to give me some kind of design to work with and a color palette! You can also give me an image of your character or whatever you want to put on the panels. For panels not requiring me to draw a chibi to put on them: 2$ per panel
For panels that DO require me to draw a chibi to put on them: 5$ per panelCharacter References:>Be it for a pngtuber, vtuber, or general character of yours, I am open to references!
>This can be a few different reference drawings/variants of a reference drawing or a small reference sheet with one main drawing along with closeups/individual drawings of certain aspects included
>I can also do character references for SMPs! However, please note I will need not only minecraft skin references but also general references of the character design. These can even just be some random doodle you threw together in 5 minutes, I cannot work with a minecraft skin alone.
>References will only be available in the flat-shaded style! (Those with the exceptions card can ask for a different style, I will also switch up pricing for you a bit if that's the case <3)Pricing:
For a full-body character reference: 20$, and, for variations that aren't just removing certain details like clothing pieces/accessories, 3$ per additional variationFor a reference sheet (a full-body drawing + additional isolated aspects): 20$ for the bull-body and 2$ per additional aspect on the reference sheet. If you want additional drawings of different expressions on the sheet, each expression will be 3$Thumbnails>Thumbnails will ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO CCS/STREAMERS I KNOW/WATCH! Sorry <3 But this is all I can feel confident or comfortable with!
>There are two ways you can go about this:
1. You give me freedom to do whatever with your thumbnail, but you will have to give me either your video to watch beforehand OR a clip/clips you'd like it based of of
2. You give me a specific guide or explanation on what you want me to draw for your thumbnail
>For the sake of my sanity, these cannot be super detailed or have too much going on that I can't do with low-detail drawn bits, doodles, or silly edited images mixed inPricing:Thumbnails will range from 15$-25$ depending on complexity! I may decide the price beforehand or I may let you know what price in that range I find fair after a sketch. You'll have to be okay with that, this is in case I think a thumbnail will end up being more effort and thus worth a bit more. So just be prepared for any price within that range!Merch Art>Yes, I am also open to drawing things for merch!
>Same with thumbnails, however, I will only do this for streamers/ccs that I know and watch.
>This art would be in some sort of chibi format most likely! (Unless you'd want art to turn into a poster)
>To give you an idea, you could commission me a simple little chibi to make into a sticker, or multiple, or a little character chibi to put on a shirt/hoodie, even a chibi plushie of a character for that. Some little cutesy thing.Pricing:This is one that will have to be wholly discussed in dms. It's hard to get an idea of set pricing with something that could be so many different things. Just let me know in dms what you have in mind <3 (It won't be anything too expensive, likely it wouldn't go above 25$ unless you commissioned a Lot of things.)(Note: Streamers/ccs I watch will be eligible for discounts that I won't force on you but if I feel like it then I will at least ATTEMPT to give you one. <3)
Guidelines
Aka:
>Can/can't do
>Will/won't do
>Blacklisted fandoms/characters/ccs
>Certain difficulties but not impossibilities
>Etc.I'm a bit nit-picky, so bear with this sectionCan do:
>Animal characteristics (to some degree, not very good with reptilian features)
>Non-detailed armor and robotic features
>Dynamic poses and weapons if provided with proper references (I cannot do super intricate weapon details)Can't do:
>Overly detailed armor/mecha/robotic features
>Full anthro drawings (animal sonas in clothing would be different but I generally cannot do characters that are full anthro/fursonas)
>Overly-complex outfits/super meticulously detailed clothing (e.x. very intricate small details on several areas of clothing and a million layers of accessories, see: Genshin Impact characters /halfsrs)
>Certain perspectives (simpler angles are fine, ask if you're unsure)
>Realism
>Art based solely off of minecraft skins and nothing else, sorry but I'm not able to make a design just looking at pixels like thatWill do:
>Animal hybrid characters, keep in mind though: not good with reptiles, and I can only do small animal characteristics like adding ears, adding not-very-detailed scale patches, adding tails, or adding wings
>Blood/injuries/light gore (gore part primarily relevant to soft shaded drawings)
>Dynamic weapon poses if given proper references
>Pride art (as in holding/displaying flags)
>I will put ccs in a catboy maid outfit for you. Or catgirl maid. Or catnonbinary. I'll put your streamer in cat ears and a maid dress okayWon't do:
>NSFW or overly suggestive art (or anything that I find to have suggestive connotation/context because I am a minor and you shouldn't be asking me to draw this)
>Ship art unless it's a ship I've actively drawn before (related to a later note)
>Religious imagery (unless it's like, some sort of lore in an smp with a God character of some sort)
>I won't create/design a character for you, sorry, you'll need to give me references. I can help with designs, but I will not entirely make a design for you.
>Anything with "yandere" themes, specifically that type of request/wording of request
>Anything with any sort of bigotry themes but that's not something I need to say probablyBlacklisted fandoms/characters/ccs:
(You may politely ask for reasoning on these if you remain polite.)
>Homestuck
>Creepypasta
>Yandere Highschool
>I'm blacklisting DSMP in general just because discomfort with some memebers but you can take a shot at asking specific characters
>Any ccs known to be problematic, including any characters they have/play, partly just to avoid yknow me drawing someone shitty and not knowingPotential difficulties:
>Kind of odd one but I'm not great at drawing a lot of hairstyles, especially shorter ones, so just know they might be made longer or not look as good
>If you commission a character with very little references, I may struggle to really draw them or get details right
>I need good and clear references for complex weapons (like if it's not just a simple sword or bow or a non-fancy scythe)
>I may not be able to draw Undertale or Deltarune characters very well or at all
>I may not be able to draw Genshin Impact characters due to the details in their outfits
>I am not good at drawing detailed and good-looking backgrounds, especially nature details
>I'm not the best at perspective, but some I can do
>I'm not very good at drawing actual animalsEtc:
>Only one character per drawing. The only exceptions are: Ships I've drawn before, duos I've drawn before, duos of characters I've drawn before (telling you rn the only duos I'd draw are kaboodle smp character duos or like. maddy and lincu.), or thumbnails.
>If you want multiple characters, you have to do multiple commissions. Sorry. If I know you, however, you can discuss a multi-character commission.
>You can use commissioned art as any sort or profile picture or banner or etc with credit still. If you're not the person who commissioned me, please ask both me and the commissioner if you can use the art.
>Please do not post my commissioned art unless you ask, chances are I'll post it myself, if I'm not going to then you can ask. (This is different for if you're commissioning me some sort of references, video thumbnails, emotes, etc.)
>Payment can be through PayPal or Cashapp, if for some reason neither of those are an option for you we can work out payment via a steam/amazon wishlist purchase or for cheaper commissions things like discord nitro or gifted Twitch subs. Just let me know when you commission me :)
Socials/Contact
If you're interested in commissioning me, please dm me on either Twitter or discord. Please note that discord is a better option, because 1. Twitter tends to not notify me of dms, and 2. Transparent images break on Twitter, whereas on discord they work fine.(P.S. If you need me to send pieces that don't potentially get hit with compression on discord, I can email them to you, just let me know.)
